Offshore Range
Push your limits
At Sailiz, we challenge standards to offer female sailors the highest-performing equipment.
Our Offshore range is designed for sailors who face the most extreme conditions, with a single goal: combining protection, comfort, and innovation.
Ultimate protection: High-performance, waterproof, and breathable materials to withstand all sailing conditions.
Unrivaled comfort: An ergonomic cut and details designed for freedom of movement.
Innovation & style: Advanced technologies integrated into a unique design, true to the Sailiz DNA.
Sail without compromise.
With Sailiz Offshore, defy the elements and set sail with confidence.
Comfort
We have selected a 3-layer laminated material, durable and ultra-light.
We have focused on innovation by using a thermofusion assembly technique. It guarantees the waterproofing and elasticity of the garments while maintaining comfort.
Design
Co-developed with you, the design maximizes ease of daily use while sailing. The front opening allows for the use of a female urination device. The back opening allows the bibs to be lowered without removing the jacket and vest.
The colors and patterns reflect our values of inclusivity and performance.
Eco-responsible
At every step, we are committed to limiting the impact of our products on the surrounding ecosystem. Our equipment is eco-designed, repairable, and recyclable.
All our products are guaranteed PFC-free.
More responsible sailing is a necessity!
Our Commitment
We commit alongside passionate women to provide them with the technical means to perform and go beyond their goals, their dreams.
By offering equipment for female sailors, we guarantee equal opportunities and inclusion in the nautical sector

Sailiz Bibs vs. Other Bibs
First, some concepts:
Breathability: ISO 11092 standard: the lower the RET, the more the fabric allows water vapor emitted by the body to escape, making it more breathable.
Waterproofing: There are different degrees of waterproofing to qualify a jacket’s water resistance. The unit of measurement for textile waterproofing is the Schmerber mm, named after its inventor. Thus, to determine a fabric’s degree of waterproofing, it is placed under a column of water, and the height of water required for the first drops to pass through is then measured. The greater the water height, the more waterproof the fabric will be.
PFC: Perfluorocarbons (PFCs) are fluorinated gases and gaseous halogenated compounds belonging to the fluorocarbon (FC) family. This chemical has long been used for its waterproofing properties; it has been recognized as dangerous since 2016 because it is volatile, persistent, and toxic to human health and the environment. It has since been progressively banned.
Local manufacturing/sourcing: Beyond the carbon impact of transport versus Asian sourcing and manufacturing. Portugal and Tunisia guarantee working conditions that respect the environment and workers. They are renowned for their expertise and textile know-how.
Mono-material vs. multi-material: Mono-material laminated fabrics are easily mechanically or chemically recyclable, unlike those mixing various materials, which makes any form of recycling almost impossible.
The Sailiz 3-layer technical fabric is partly made from recycled PES and is certified:
by a European standard specific to personal protective equipment (PPE)
- EN 343, the most demanding. It includes tests for abrasion, torsion, washing, waterproofing, and breathability: Classification 3 out of 3 (the highest level)
But also by two other labels:
- Oeko-Tex Standard 100: it guarantees the harmlessness of textiles or products used during the production process, for people (workers or consumers) and the environment.
- Bluesign: Prohibition of toxic substances for humans and the environment, resource optimization, waste management: the Bluesign label offers a global approach to guarantee transparency and traceability.
