With 36% of women registered with the FFV in 2022 and only 7% female professionals in France, the nautical sector struggles to embrace gender diversity.

The technical gear available for women often fails to meet their needs, with more than 70% of female sailors struggling to find suitable technical clothing.*

In this sport where men and women compete on equal terms, it is urgent to provide everyone with the necessary technical means, because we believe in diversity as a performance accelerator.

Mindful of our ecological impact, we strive to produce less but better, offering durable pieces with a low environmental impact.

Solene Founder

After a professional career in textiles and the circular economy, she decided to put her technical skills at the service of female sailors. Passionate about sailing and the nautical world, she is committed with Sailiz to a more responsible sport.

Noemie Communications Manager

Joining at the very beginning of the Sailiz adventure, Noémie brings her expertise, energy, and passion to the development of the Sailiz brand. A sailor and surfer, you might run into her on the docks or at sea.
